@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum It's 2021 how on the world is it not possible to upgrade/add/remove service from my account via your website. I could do that what were 10 years ago with DirecTV. Why do I have to sit on hold for an hour just to remove one part of my service!!!!!!????

@Ask_Spectrum The Lightning hockey streaming feed freezes for 1-3 seconds every 30-60 seconds. This is the third straight game with this issue. Tampa FL customer.

@GetSpectrum Taking advantage of consumers. 5 yr+ customer, charged 49.99 for install that required no new equipment/tech. They switched the service online in all of 15 minutes. Outrageous!
