$45 for doing completely different what we asked for. Literally $12 haircut. My kid is sad. Plus not even blowing his hair after. He came out with a hair all over. To reply to a owner answer. I did paid $45 (no receipt was given) the barber was Barron (i believe) and we did request what we request -we did show picture and explained with details what my son wants. He is 14 yo he know how to explain his haircut. You can contact me and i can show pictures what we show we wanted and what we got.

I brought my teen son for a haircut for the first time. I happily give five stars. Customer service was exemplary. They are open late till 7p which was a life saver for us. Our barber was Jason… super cool dude and he did an incredible job on my son’s hair. Jason was super personable with my son and made it an enjoyable experience for him. I’m used to hair cut places rushing you out as soon as possible. They took their time here at Roosters. The owner is Hank… he is super nice as well. He had a ton of great stories. Come try them out… you won’t be disappointed.

When you look at this location from outside it looks professional and I went in and asked to cut my hair, the guy’s name was Jason with colored beard. He was kind as a person, but very unprofessional cutter(barber) he messed up my hair, his hands were shaking while he was cutting my hair he cut too much on one side and didn’t cut on the other side of my head smh ‍♂️ Plus price is very high $35+ for what? And I came to work everyone made a fun of me looking my at hair I would not recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your time!!!

Went here because I needed a haircut before my birthday, & they didn’t disappoint. Superb service, the workers greeted us with a smile & welcomed us, & the haircut was spot on. I would recommend any day.

Pathetic service. Will never ever recommend this place. They completely took out the side burns and scratched the back with something sharp. Very very unhappy. I had to go to a doctor for tetanus.Haircut

I was disappointed because the person who normally cut my hair seems to have left from this location without a trace. I tried a new barber there twice, he was very kind but he either he has older clippers or his eyesight is waning.
